If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Return Window

  • You have [30 Days / 15 Days] to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Grocery Items: Perishable goods, food items, and groceries cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.

  • Personal Care Products: Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased on final clearance cannot be refunded.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@arbamgmt.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
